Valentini Music Instruments warrants its amplifiers against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is not transferable and is valid only within the United States. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Tubes, speakers and reverb tanks are covered for 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper operation, incorrect speaker loads, unauthorized modifications or damage resulting from improper servicing or repairs.

Warranty coverage will not be denied solely because an amplifier was serviced by an independent technician. However, this warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications, replacement parts, servicing or repairs. Contact Valentini Music Instruments before returning an amplifier for warranty service.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our Glendora, California workshop. Valentini Music Instruments will repair or replace, at its discretion, components determined to be defective and covered by this warranty.

After the warranty period expires, repair services remain available; applicable parts, labor and shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
